Products

Q: 1. What if I have questions about a specific product that aren’t answered on the product page?

A: Although we try to provide as much information as possible on our product pages, we understand that you may have questions. Please Contact Us and we'll gladly answer your questions - or find someone who can!

Q: 2. Can you send me fabric swatches?

A: We're sorry but because many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer we are unable to provide fabric swatches.

Ordering and Payment

Q: 1. What payment methods are accepted?

A: Through the site we accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay even if you don't have an account with them using any major credit card. If you would rather not use an online payment method please phone us at 1-877-878-1249 to process your order over the phone.

Q: 2. Will I have to pay sales tax?

A: No, you are not required to pay sales tax on any items. Since we are a Canadian company we are not required to collect taxes from US customers.

Q: 3. When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.

Shipping

Q: 1. Why are all your shipping times so different?

A: The items available on our site are shipped from designers and warehouses across the United States. Since many of them are handmade, the designer doesn't start creating your item until you place your order. Therefore it takes longer for some of our items to ship than others.

Q: 2. Can I ship to an address outside the United States?

A: We're sorry but at this time we are only able to ship to U.S. addresses. If you live in another country but would like to send an item to a U.S. address that is not a problem.

Q: 3. Can I ship to a different address than my own?

A: Yes. At the time of checkout you will be asked for both your billing address and your shipping address. If you’d like us to ship your purchase directly to the recipient simply complete the shipping details at that time. Please note that we are only able to ship to U.S. addresses.

Q: 4. How much does shipping cost?

A: There is no cost for shipping to the lower 48 United States. If your order is to be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska there may be additional fees. If so you will receive an email after completing your purchase with the final total. At that time you can decide to proceed with the order or cancel it without your credit card being charged.

Q: 5. How can I check my Order Status?

A: If you created an account at the time you placed your order, you can login to view your Purchase History. If you chose not to create an account, Contact Us and we'll look up the status of your order.

Q: 6. Do you offer rush shipping?

A: Some of our products can be shipped quicker. Please Contact Us for details on the specific item you're interested in.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: 1. What is your return policy?

A: Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that personalized items and special order items will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there was an error made on our part.

For the address to return your item to please Contact us and tell us what item it is you're returning. To help us quickly find your information in your system, please also tell us the full name of the person who placed the order.

Please note that shipping charges to return the item will not be reimbursed unless an error has occured on our part such as incorrect personlization, damaged merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you.

Q: 2. How do I return a product?

A: If you would like to return a product Contact Us and tell us what product you're returning. We'll then send you the proper address. To help us quickly find your information in your system, please also tell us the full name of the person who placed the order.

Q: 3. Can I exchange a product?

A: All items can be exchanged within 15 days of when the product is received. Please note that personalized items and special orders can not be exchanged.

Simply Contact Us and tell us what product you're exchanging and the item you would like instead. To help us quickly find your information in your system, please also tell us the full name of the person who placed the order.

Once we've received the original item we will ship the new one and send you a confirmation email. Return shipping fees may apply and will be payable before we ship you the replacement item.

Please note that shipping charges to return the item will not be reimbursed unless an error has occured on our part such as incorrect personlization, damaged merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you.

Q: 4. Can personalized products be returned or exchanged?

A: If we made an error when personalizing the item we will replace it at no cost to you. In all other circumstances personalized and custom made products may not be returned or exchanged.

Gift Giving

Q: 1. Do you offer gift wrapping and personalized gift cards

A: Most of our products can be shipped with a free gift card that includes your personal message. When ordering your product if a gift card is available you will have the option of including one. Unfortunately we are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time.

Q: 2. Will an invoice be included with my gift purchase

A: Since many of our customers are gift givers, we've made it a policy not to include an invoice with our products. Most items do come with a packing slip although it does not include prices.

Q: 3. What if the person receiving the gift wants to return or exchange it?

A: Returns and exchanges of products will have to be handled by you, the gift giver. In order to process a return or an exchange we must be able to look up the specific order using your personal information. Therefore we'll need you to Contact Us with the product name and the full name of the person who placed the order.

A: No, creating an account is optional. It’s a service that we provide to help repeat customers easily use our site.

A: On the Account Login page there is a password recovery feature. Simply enter the email address you used when creating your account and your password will be emailed to you.

If you do not remember the email address you used Contact Us with your full name to and we'll look it up for you.

Q: 4 How do I receive or unsubscribe from your email ezine?

A: Once a week we send out an ezine called the "Mom in the Know". It includes new products, specials and articles we're excited to share with you. To be added to this list use the signup box located under the menu on every page.

To unsubscribe from our mailing list please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the last ezine you received from us. Or Contact Us and we'll remove you.
