Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that personalized items and special order items will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there was an error made on our part.

For the address to return your item to please contact us and tell us what item it is you're returning. To help us quickly find your information in your system, be sure to also tell us the full name of the person who placed the order.

Please note that shipping charges to return the item will not be reimbursed unless an error has occured on our part such as incorrect personlization, damaged merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you.


Exchanges Policy

Items can be exchanged within 15 days of when the product is received. Please note that personalized items and special orders can not be exchanged.

Simply contact us and tell us what product you're exchanging and the item you would like instead. To help us quickly find your information in your system, please also tell us the full name of the person who placed the order.

Once we've received the original item we will ship the new one and send you a confirmation email. Return shipping fees may apply and will be payable before we ship you the replacement item.
