How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Please contact us for more information on additional charges to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. At this time we are unable to ship outside of the US.
When will my item ship?
Every product listing includes a note on when that particular item will ship. You can expect it will take a few days beyond that timeframe to get from our warehouse to you.
Please keep in mind that many of our products ship directly from the manufacturers so if you order multiple products you may receive them in separate shipments.
Do you offer rush shipping options?
Products that are available for rush shipping have that as an option when you are adding the product to your shopping bag. If you do not see a rush shipping option we may still be able to accomodate you. We ask that you contact us to make arrangements before ordering because an item's availability may change depending on the time of year.
I need it by a certain date, can you help me?
We try our best to accomodate all requests. Please contact us first and we will let you know if we can make it by the date required.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we are only able to ship within the United States. Some items may be available for International shipping so it doesn't hurt to contact us and we will do our best.
Will all of my items ship together?
Because we use different warehouses and many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, chances are if you order multiple products they will arrive in different shipments. There is no extra charge for this, we cover shipping charges. Please refer to each product page to learn when a particular item will ship.
Do you include an invoice with each order?
Many of our customers are gift shoppers so we've made it a policy to not include an invoice showing pricing with any of our orders. The invoice you were emailed - and that you can access in your Pipsqueak Boutique account - is the only invoice you will receive.
