If they don’t live up to your expectations you may return them anytime within 15 days for a refund or exchange provided they are in new, unused condition.
Please note that because we are unable to resell personalized items and other speical order items they are not available for a refund or exchange. Unless of course the error was made by us, in which case we will replace the item at no cost to you.
